LET US MEET THE 4 SISTAS…
THE LYSTER GIRLS
The Four Lyster Girls are a unique strong- bonded family who are most passionate about great experiences, enjoy fun times & love each other’s company.
After losing their father at an incredibly young age, these four girls have got an amazing story, influenced by their strong-willed, independent, and fabulous late mother, they all have the similar characteristics and are very successful in all aspects of their individual lives.
Every Single one of them have worn the Green and Gold and represented Australia in their chosen sport of Polocrosse and have been very proud of their sporting accolades.
Country Girls at heart, accomplished riders since they were able to walk.
These Girls are all about style, family fun, creativity and all partial to a blizzardy cold beer or a divine glass of wine.
Between the 4 Sister’s there are 15 children (nearly 16) aged between newborn and 15 years old. (Their biggest achievements to date)
However as mums, all know how important it is to get out with friends or family and have fun!
Making memories and experiences lasting lifetimes!
Their late Grandmother, Ellen, was the artist in the family and she was a shining light and perfect example of how to blend family, business/work, and most importantly FUN!!
All around exploring the artist within each and every one of us.
THE 1ST SISTA
Salli Galvin
Salli’s ethos – living life to the full with a balanced mind and soul – has been at the heart of her life achievements.
Salli is a passionate mental health and positive well-being advocate who believes that a strong, fit and flexible mind is as equally important as a strong, fit and flexible body.
While many happily devote time and money on their physical fitness, too many people neglect their mental well-being. She found success in the action packed sport of polocrosse where her achievements have been a source of inspiration to many. They include the honor of being named Australia’s youngest polocrosse representative and being the first woman to be awarded the enviable title of Best Western Australian player for 2017. Also, Salli’s selection to compete at the Australian Nationals Polocrosse Championships in 2018 alongside her sisters Suzette, Tracey and Elizabeth marked the first time in the sport’s history that siblings had competed at a national level at the same time.
Salli co-founded 4 Sistas Sip & Paint because it is an embodiment of looking after your mental health and well-being. Having a light, fun, balance life with friends over a glass of wine and learning a new skill that stimulates the creative side of the brain that is rarely used, especially when life throws you curve balls and you need to tackle them with a strong positive mind!
THE 2ND SISTA
Suzette Thomas
This woman is renowned for her persistence, dedication and pure hard work in every aspect of her life. She has utilized all her resilience, grounded and inspiring persona to be very successful woman.
She resides in Perth WA and has several accolades she achieved and give full credit to her name. Namely being a world leading athlete coming off the back of the 2019 Adina Polocrosse World Cup. Or being the owner, builder and director of her local swim school business, and/or more recently developing an online self growth and mindset programs to help women.
Nothing deters her from achieving her goals set and the determination is proven while raising 4 beautiful children whom all seem to attribute the ambitious qualities exhibited through their mums performances.
She is an absolute inspiration and has a lot of relate-able fables that can make any women feel they too can achieve great things when putting your mind to it. She strongly supports the theory of “Things Happening For You & Not To You.”
Suzette co-founded 4 Sistas Sip & Paint as her late grandmother inspired her love for creativity and loves the inner child experience and expression painting and good company can embody in others.
THE 3RD SISTA
Tracey Jarrett
The energy, enthusiasm and care this woman brings to any occasion influences all that are in her company to love life at its fullest.
She manages to empower and inspire parents all over the world, as she shares and blogs her story as a Juggling Mum.
Being a mother of 5 children, with child 4 and 5 being twins, this woman understands how important self love, care and me-time is to every parent.
She has won a multitude of sports star status awards in sport, and undoubtably can influence a game/competition by her strong will and determination.
As a co-founder of 4 Sistas Sip & Paint she is super excited to share experiences, me-time moments and really just enlighten every guest with her vivacious energy and hope to help every other parent really enjoy their time with us (potentially escaping parent-hood for a few hours) and doing something for yourself.
THE 4TH SISTA
Elizabeth Reid
The stylist of the 4 sisters, Elizabeth has this strong, elegant nature which shines through in every area of her life.
She is the youngest of four sisters, and has a very self confident and inspiring aura in her presence.
She has 2 young children with one on the way, and lives south of Perth on the small family farm.
Her love for sport, Polocrosse, and her determination to achieve has empowered her to represent Australia on numerous occasions.
Her World class status doesn’t stop there, she continues to shine in her International business which she created from scratch, developing the most beautiful hand stitched, raw mulberry silk scarves ( of which the studio will have available) she really does love delving into her creativity and design and flourishes in stylish, sophisticated masterpieces
Co-founder of 4 Sistas Sip & Paint she really enjoys a top shelf glass of wine and letting her creative stylish energy shine.
